What's New, Casa Verde?

Stepping out of our comfort zone could either make us go ballistic or in a battle-mode. Of course, when we step out of the red line and tries to cross the other side, we heighten all our senses. I think this goes true when we are served with a foreign-looking food for the first time. We assess its color, its shape and how it looks like in general; as if we are looking at the specimen in a cephalo-caudal perspective. Not only that, our olfactory nerve immediately signal the brain and back to its synapses to determine the aroma of the food. And this is how Casa Verde entices their customers with gastronomic orgasm.

Casa Verde (Green House), a chain of family-owned restaurants was established last August 2002. Serving American-style dishes and bringing homestyle comfort food to the next level, it has lived up its name throughout the years. Up to date, it has put up 5 branches - Casa Verde Ramos (considered as their main branch - the ancestral home), I.T. Park - The Walk, Ayala Center Cebu - The Terraces, SM Seaside and Ayala Up-Town Center (Manila).
"It offers comfortable feel."

With all these branches and some other healthy competitors in the restaurant market, how does Casa Verde continue to allure the customers' palate?

Another exciting food that Casa Verde prepared for the customers to munch in is the green bites. At first, you can mistake it as a falafel but what until you take a lovely bite from it and before you know it, you have been seduce with its healthy mix of broccoli, bacon, onions and cheese which is rolled into crumbs and lightly fried with a perfect dip of honey mustard sauce.
