"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think of energy, frequency and vibration." - Nikolas Tesla.
"Balay'g Sawa Waterfalls, Samboan"
Befitting about my last May excursion, the greatest magic I found out about the universe was the very simple ritual of believing the Quantum explanation of the Law of Attraction. Everyone of us possesses the inert energy. We are enthusiastic by nature thus if we utilize this energy to do something in our favor in line with our vision and aspiration, we will reach our greatest goal.
Here comes the word frequency. The repetition of our action which becomes our habit, philosophized by Aristotle, empowers us to do better everyday. These energy and frequency of our deeds and behavior would send positive vibration to our eternal universe. Thus, the Law of Attraction.
My summer feat of 2018 is a manifestation of the Law of Attraction. My exploration is endless. I started summer with a major island hop between Luzon and the Visayas Islands. I delved into the city of Manila and Olongapo regaining love and devotion to people and traveling. I went back to the Visayas submerged with its pristine beach while introspecting of the life I am living in. I savored every bit of my life whilst visiting one place to next, experiencing one adventure to another.
Far beyond the familiar facade of the Northern Cebu, I scrambled up in a locked-in place between Asturias and Danao. Far beyond the popular destination of the Southern Cebu, I ventured an underrated place.
Samboan is known for its magnificent Aguinid Falls and a century-old church. However, beyond the Samboan I was introduced previously, I was able to see its different side. At early morning, I hiked up and discovered Balay'g Sawa Waterfalls. It is called as such because of its winding view from the top which symbolizes a "sawa" or snake. It was quiet when I arrived at the waterfalls. The water soothed me. A refreshing feel bathed me while swimming at the cauldron-shaped canyon.

"Ponong Lake, Samboan"
"The tiny bee and the flower at Ponong Lake, Samboan"
Almost an hour walk from Balay's Sawa, I discovered another water formation. I gaped at the green water system surrounded by "dwarf coconut trees". Its waters placid and still. There were snail-like mollusk at the area.I even caught a tiny bee about to sip the nectar of a "saksak" flower surrounding the lake. I had a temporary bliss. I managed to relax my mind while displacing some stressful thoughts about work. I really had a full week - an orientation for three days, and a workshop for two days.
Another 10 minutes stride brought me to another water formation. The shades of blue was so inviting and pleasing to my eyes. The sea met up with the horizon. As it deepened my amazement of universe's nature art. Its beauty expresses a combination of promise and hope.
"Samboan Public Beach"
I grabbed my chance to explore the waterworld. I had a good 20-minute swim at Samboan Public Beach. Though I was sick during my travel duration, I couldn't do away from the inviting view of the sea.
I contemplated at the beach side for a few minutes before I headed for lunch. The universe is awesome! It gave me a well-deserved favor. It had been very generous to me the past months. It also gave me a lot of surprises. Like the game of domino, opportunities come like an instantaneous chain - non-stop and beautiful.
My trip to Samboan brought me that realization. My summer had been great because I had been looking after myself with enthusiasm and positivity. The universe just reflected those back at me.
