Papart's Tuslob-Buwa: Exotically Yummy Gastronomic Feel

Wood worms, monitor lizard, snakes, eels, sea urchins, blowfish, shark, bat, duck embryo, and yeah, my growing list of bizarre food goes on. I am not an obviously curious, typically excited-for-everything, and gastronomically exotic foodie. Needless to say, whatever they call "edible" is something that I am willing to devour. Haha!

Here comes Papart's Tuslob, Buwa. Literally translated in the English language, "Tuslob, Buwa," means "Bubble Dip". (Tuslob - to dip; Buwa - bubble)
"Located in Poblacion, Liloan a few meters away from Gaisano Mall"
But what is it exactly?

It is just some pig's brain paired up with pig's liver (I might suggest gizzards and some other internal parts) boiled in a do-it-yourself way of cooking; sauteed garlic and onions and readily-prepared-on-the-table salt, chili, pepper, vinegar, and soy sauce for your own's tastebuds' liking. That simple!

But how is it prepared? Well, without much ado, here is how you do the "Bubble Dip" the Papart's way:
1. Seasonings: minced garlic, and onions sauteed deliberately.
2. Finely chopped pork liver to mix with garlic and onions.
3. Boiled Pig's brain - as its main ingredient. Bring it to boil with the others until the bubbles become thicker.
4. Until the watery portion dries out, and bubbles become more viscous, dip the hanging rice (puso) in it.
If you are still not convince, let me show you a short video of this talk-of-the-town and originally-conceptualized-from-Pasil delicacy.
And oh! By the way, I was together with the group of daring teachers in Papart's Tuslob, Buwa, and my, could you imagine their reactions?
Perks in Papart's Tuslob-Buwa:
1. Since it is a family-owned business, you can get a homie feel once you are there.
The store opens at 2:00 - 9:00 P.M. but when we arrived, it was still 12:00 noon. Instead of declining us, they immediately prepared the table for us like a VIP!
2. Free wi-fi! How cool is that!
3. Other than Tuslob-Buwa, they also serve common Filipino comfort food - Pork Paksiw, Ginamay, Goat Caldereta.
4. Two "puso" (hanging rice) for free when you order at least 10.
5. One set of Tuslob-Buwa cost 'round Php60 inclusive of seasonings and spices, liver and pig's brain.
