Burgaholic: An Emerging Hole-In-The Wall Favorite

Drop the word "back ribs" and "burgers" in the conversation and you create a hubbub of chatter among your friends. It ranges from which meat is the most tender, which sauce is the most savory and which is the tastiest. Additionally, which patty has the least extender, and which one has the greatest value for money. These are among the touchstone for evaluating a reputable dining experience and with these checklist, Burgaholic is among the favored hole-in-the-wall restaurants in Cebu City.

Managed by a casino teller whose passion for food and grilling earned him slot in the local culinary business. His idea of serving quality burgers is something that sets him apart from any other burger chains. He also created the perfect rub for back ribs and left a mark for every diner's tastebuds since 2013, thus the birth of Burgaholic.

So what is the hoopla about Burgaholic's burger?
It takes you away from the conventional burger experience. Their Classic Burger is served with 100% beef patty, fresh lettuce, pickle, onion and cheesy mushroom sauce at only 100 pesos. The Quarter Pounder for only 175 pesos is an upscaled version of the Classic Burger added with bacon and jalapenos. If you have a bigger appetite, then you can opt for their huge Half Pounder for 295 pesos. All burgers are served with sesame seed buns.

Rib-O-Holic is my personal favorite. It is a char-broiled pork ribs with a zesty bark. Burgaholic's Rib-O-Holic has an attractive sheen in the ribs seasoned with pepper. The pork slab has just the right tenderness. Its succulent meat leaves your palate with spicy then sweet feel. It comes with an excellent side of mashed potato and bits of buttered corn and carrots. Its price ranges from 250-300 pesos depending of the ribs.

Burgaholic is open daily at 6:30pm-12:30mn except Sunday. So, if you want to redefine your burger experience, head to 173 A M.P. Yap Street, Cebu City. You will never go wrong with Burgaholic's burger and pork ribs.
